Expand & Customize the Customer Journey with Custom Events Decision Splits

Listrak clients can now expand and enhance their customers' journeys with custom events empowering new campaigns like Wishlist messages or any other custom triggered journeys using Listrak’s Cross Channel REST API. Object data included in the API call, such as Wishlist items, can now be used to personalize cross-channel messages and to further orchestrate the journey.
