Cross-channel Subscription Journey Updates

Subscription Journeys on the NextGen platform can now be setup to identify the channel of the subscription event, for the journey entrant. By default, all Subscription journeys will appear with a Subscription split with a path for each channel setup on the account, reducing the work necessary to create a personalized experience based on the channel the contact subscribed to.

Segment Decision Split

NextGen account users now have access to a new decision split, the Segment Decision split, which checks whether a contact is in a segment and routes them down the appropriate path of a journey.

Expanded Support of MMS Messaging in the US and Canada

Listrak is now able to support MMS messaging on United States Toll Free Numbers (TFNs).

Additionally, all major Canadian carriers now support MMS messaging, representing 75% of the subscriber population. This means that Listrak is now able to support broadcast sends to subscribers with rich and engaging content! With all major carriers now offering MMS support, coupled with the ability for CDP segmentation to account for removing the remaining 25%, Listrak can now make Canadian MMS broadcasts possible!

Mobile App Push

Mobile App Push allows clients to leverage the benefits of Platform 2.0โ€™s cross-channel experience within the mobile app push experience by allowing a user to view App Push Contacts in Contacts Manager, send an unfiltered broadcast message, save segments that include App Push subscribers, and send App Push messages to audiences configured by targeting Saved Segments.

Canadian SMS Compliance: Expanded Opt-Out Keywords

A recent update to the CTAโ€™s guidelines in Canada require that additional opt-out keywords be recognized when sent by subscribers, so that they are opted out of future messages and Listrak is compliant with Canadian short and long codes.

When an inbound response (MO) is received by Listrak on a Canadian (French) short or long code, containing any of the following words: STOP, ARRET, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, FIN, ANNULER, QUITTER, DESABONNER, the subscriber will be opted out immediately and a confirmation message sent to the subscriber to let them know they will not receive future messages.

Client Configurable Data Acquisition Windows

The data acquisition response window selector allows users to configure either 24, 48, or 72 hour acquisition window which will control how long Listrak will monitor inbound messages for a response. The data acquisition response window selector will appear on the broadcast message authoring screen when the โ€˜Data Acquisitionโ€™ checkbox is selected.
