Drop-downs allow for a large selection of choices (Experience Builder supports up to 150 options!) to gather a single response, like what or who your customers are shopping for, what theyāre most interested in hearing about, and more. Additional Targeting Rules for Popup Experiences
Cart targeting: Take total cart value, carted items, and individual SKU values to target customers close to promo thresholds, display unique offers, and trigger exit messaging, among other use cases.
Experience History: Create rules to display popups if users have previously seen, clicked, or submitted on others, providing more control over how and when experiences are triggered.
IP Targeting: Use to hide or show popups based on the website visitors IP address. Input a single address, list of addresses or even use wildcard values to cover broader ranges by octet. This new rule is limited to Experience Builder Plus accounts only.
Geo Location: Target based on country, state or zip code. This new rule is limited to Experience Builder Plus accounts only.
Step Activity: Learn how the user previously interacted with a step in an Experience and use that as a rule. This new rule is limited to Experience Builder Plus accounts only.
