A system message can be set up on a list to trigger when a contact takes a specific action. There are three types of system messages: Double Opt In, Welcome, and Goodbye. The Welcome system message is different than your Welcome Message triggered by Listrak Conductor or Journey Hub.
You can track the performance of these messages, such as clicks and revenue.
To access the System Message report, navigate to Analytics > Message Analytics > System Messages.
