The Message History Report provides an overview of all sent messages, excluding those sent as part of a conversation through Listrak Conductor. Each message is displayed in thumbnail view with performance statistics and message details. This report is "list-centric," meaning it will only display messages sent from the list you're currently working in.

1. Navigate from the home menu to Analytics.
2. Go to Message Analytics.
3. Then Message History.
4. Select a date range using the predetermined options from the drop-down menu or enter a custom date range using the date fields or calendar icons.
5. Click Update. Data for your messages is displayed based on the time frame you've selected.

Next to the subject line of your message, you may see icons that designate the following types of messages:

  •  MultiPass

  •  A/B Split Test

  •  Test/Review

NOTE: Test and review messages will only be displayed when you select the checkbox at the bottom of the page for Include Tests.

NOTE: AOV, or average order value, and $/1000 messages column will only display if conversion analytics is enabled on the list.

6. At the bottom of the page you have the option of displaying messages from a specific campaign using the drop-down menu. You can also choose how many messages to display per page, and whether or not to display test messages. Make your selections and click Go
