What This Report Shows
A running log of individual subscribe and unsubscribe events, one row per event, across channels.
Who Should Use It
Use this report when you need to see exactly when and how each subscribe or unsubscribe happened. Retailers can use this report for churn analysis, win-back targeting, or investigating a spike in unsubscribes.
Common Uses
Track day-by-day list growth and attrition instead of relying on a single snapshot count.
Feed subscribe/unsubscribe timestamps into a churn or lifecycle analysis.
Investigate whether a specific send or list change triggered a spike in unsubscribes.
How to Get to the Report
Navigate to Analytics > Cross-Channel Analytics Report
Click +New Report
Select the Subscription Events card on the Popup
Renaming the report is optional

Filters Available
Every report supports the filters below. Combine them to narrow your export to exactly the rows you need.
Filter | What it does |
Date Range | A preset range (yesterday, last 7/30/90/365 days, previous week, month, quarter, or year). |
Channel | One or more channels: Email, SMS, App Push, Web Push. |
List | One or more specific subscriber lists. |
Event | Subscribe or unsubscribe events only. |
Standard Columns
These columns are pre-selected by default when you start a new report of this type.

Timestamp | Date | Date and time the subscribe or unsubscribe event occurred |
Event | Text | Type of event: subscribe or unsubscribe |
List Name | Text | List the contact subscribed to or unsubscribed from |
Short Code | Text | SMS short code used to subscribe, if applicable |
Identifier | Text | Contact identifier â email address for email rows, phone ID for SMS rows (contains personal data) |
