What This Report Shows
Daily subscriber counts by list: total subscribers, new subscribes, and unsubscribes. This report enables retail brands to track list growth and loss over time.
Who Should Use It
Use this report as your early-warning system for list health: is a list actually growing, and are unsubscribes trending up after a particular send or change.
Common Uses
Track net list growth week over week or month over month, by list and channel.
Spot an unsubscribe spike right after a specific campaign and investigate quickly.
Benchmark list health across channels to decide where to invest in list-building.
How to Get to the Report
Navigate to Analytics > Cross-Channel Analytics Report
Click +New Report
Select the List Health card on the Popup
Renaming the report is optional

Filters Available
Every report supports the filters below. Combine them to narrow your export to exactly the rows you need.
Filter | What it does |
Date Range | A preset range (yesterday, last 7/30/90/365 days, previous week, month, quarter, or year). |
Channel | One or more channels: Email, SMS, App Push, Web Push. |
List | One or more specific subscriber lists. |
Standard Columns
These columns are pre-selected by default when you start a new report of this type.

Subscribers | Integer | Total current subscribers as of this date |
Subscribed | Integer | New subscribers added on this date |
Unsubscribed | Integer | Contacts removed due to unsubscribe on this date |
