The SMS dashboard displays metrics related to the short code selected and allows you to quickly navigate through the platform. Access this dashboard by navigating to Dashboards > Dashboards SMS Dashboard. 💡 If you have multiple short codes, you will need to select the correct short code from list navigation dropdown menu.

The metrics displayed are real-time and include data for the lifespan of the short code.

  • Subscribed Contact Graph: Displays the net number of subscribers opted into a sort code at a given point in time. Net subscribers is calculated by subtracting opt-out from opt-ins.

  • Opt-ins: The number of unique subscribers (phone numbers) on an active short code. This will include unique phone numbers across all lists on a short code, including test lists. 

  • Opt-outs: The number of unique subscribers opting-out of all active short code lists.

  • Click-through: The percentage of unique click-throughs on the short code. This includes all messages associated with the short code.

  • Conversions: The total number of conversions attributed to messages sent from the short code.

  • Total Revenue: The total amount of revenue generated from all messages sent from the short code, including broadcast messages, keyword campaigns, list subscription campaigns and system messages, such as help.

  • Message Volume: An overview of how many messages that were sent last month, this month to-date, and the entire year.

  • Incoming: The number of mobile originated (MO) messages received to the  short code during the time frame. Incoming messages include a contact confirming an opt-in, replying to a data acquisition message, and system keywords (HELP, STOP).

  • Outgoing: The number of mobile terminated (MT) messages deployed from  the short code during the time frame. Outgoing messages are messages generated in Listrak including double opt-in, broadcast messages, and keyword or list subscription messages.

Campaign Performance

This section shows the opt-in and messages sent through the campaigns enabled.

⚠️ Transactional messages will only appear in this section if enabled for your short code.

Broadcast Campaigns:

  • Sent Messages: The total number of messages sent out via Broadcast Campaigns during the lifespan of the short code

  • Graph: Displays the number of messages sent per day over a 30-day rolling window

Keyword Campaigns:

  • Opt-Ins: The total number of unique contacts acquired by texting in a configured keyword

  • Graph: Displays the contacts acquired per day over a 30-day rolling window

List Subscription Campaigns:

  • Opt-Ins: The total number of unique contacts acquired by filling out a form on your site associated with an SMS keyword and List Subscription campaign

  • Graph: Displays the contacts acquired per day over a 30-day rolling window

Transactional Messages:

  • Sent Messages: The total number of Transactional messages sent during the lifespan of the short code

  • Graph: Displays the number of messages sent per day over a 30-day rolling window
