Skio allows you to manage the subscription products in your Shopify store and customize the experience when a contact adds, removes, modifies, or cancels their subscriptions. You can manage the subscriptions directly in skio's easy-to-use customer portal.

With your integrated data, you can use Listrak to automate your product subscription experiences and drive continued engagement.

Listrak receives data that supports the following types of triggers

Creating Automated Campaigns

The Listrak & skio integration is powered by webhooks that syncs data between the two platforms. Using Listrak's Custom Events, you can create customized journeys based on the data provided from skio. Your custom event can include data parameters such products deeded, gift card received, and more. These data parameters can then be used to route contacts to different messaging, such as time-specific creative.

In order to set up the campaign, you will need to create or gather the following assets:

  • Custom event for each campaign type

  • Email message creative for each message

  • SMS/MMS message copy

Integrating with skio

Contact your Listrak Account Manager to kickoff the process of integrating with Listrak. You will need access to the login credentials to your skio account to integrate with Listrak.
