Okendo Customer Marketing platform enables you to gather customer sentiment through surveys, product reviews, and loyalty programs.

Automated Messages in Listrak

With your integrated data, you can use Listrak to automate your loyalty or survey initiative and drive continued engagement with the brand.

Campaign Types

Listrak receives data that supports the following types of triggers:

  • Customer Enrolled in Loyalty Campaign

  • Loyalty Customer Registered

  • Loyalty Customer Redeemed Credit

  • Loyalty Customer Purchase Completed

  • Quiz Completed

  • Review Completed

  • Survey Completed


Creating Automated Campaigns

The Listrak/Okendo integration is powered by webhooks that syncs data between the two platforms. Using Listrak's Custom Events, you can create customized journeys based on the data provided from Okendo. Your custom event can include data parameters such as loyalty enroll date, number of loyalty points, and more. These data parameters can then be used to route contacts to different messaging, such as tier-specific creative.

In order to set up the campaign, you will need to create or gather the following assets:

  • Custom event for each campaign type

  • Email message creative for each message

  • SMS/MMS message copy



Integrating with Okendo

Contact your Listrak Account Manager to kickoff the process of integrating with Listrak. You will need access to the login credentials to your Okendo account to integrate with Listrak.
