Automated Loyalty Messages in Listrak

With your integrated data, you can use Listrak to automate your Loyalty initiative and drive continued engagement with the brand and loyalty program.

Loyalty Campaign Types

Listrak receives data that supports the following types of triggers:

  • Customer Enrolled in Loyalty Campaign

  • Customer Loyalty Tier Upgraded

  • Customer Approaching New Loyalty Tier

Creating Automated Campaigns

Using Listrak's Custom Events, you can create customized journeys based on the data provided from Loyalty Lion. Your custom event can include data parameters such as loyalty tier name, number of loyalty points, and more. These data parameters can then be used to route contacts to different messaging, such as tier-specific creative.

In order to set up the campaign, you will need to create or gather the following assets:

  • Custom event for each campaign type

  • Email message creative for each message
