Creating an Audience in Listrak CRM

Listrak CRM allows you to gain valuable insights into your customers. You may want to be able to track the performance of a group of these contacts over time, or take action on these contacts. Creating an Audience in Listrak CRM allows you to do both of these things.

Listrak allows you to save up to 25 CRM audiences. If you need to create more than 25 audiences, please work with your Listrak Account Manager.

Creating an Audience

Create an audience from any Listrak CRM visualization that contains the Contacts Count measure. These audiences can then be used to segment your marketing campaigns or to trigger an automated solution. 

Follow the steps below to create an audience:

  1. Navigate to a dashboard with a visualization containing the contacts count measure.

  2. Select a group in the visualization to turn into an audience.

  3. Click Create Audience.

  4. Enter a Name.

  5. Click Submit.

You have now created a CRM Audience! It may take some time for the CRM audience to display in the Listrak Platform.

Accessing Your Saved Audiences

After your audience has been created, you can access it by following the steps below:

Navigate to Contacts > Email Contacts Audiences.

💡 CRM Audiences are found under the TYPE: CRM AUDIENCES grouping.
