Listrak's Data Summary provides a single report to view information about your customers, the orders they are placing, and your products. The customer and data in the data summary will include any data you have sent to Listrak, including those who made a purchase that was not associated with your Listrak email sends. Customers must have an email address associated with an order for them to be included in a report. Any orders, such as phone orders, that do not also have an email address will not be included.

To access the Data Summary, in the navigation go to Solutions > Solutions Data Summary.
Buyer Activity Order Report
The report that opens by default is the Buyer Activity Order Report. This report displays information for all orders placed in a specific timeframe.
From the merchant dropdown you can select which domain to view data for, if you have multiple domains configured in your account.
You can also select the specific timeframe for the report from the date picker.
The graph will show the number of orders placed per day during the selected timeframe while the orders and average order values metric will reflect the number of orders placed and their average total.
In the Orders chart, you can view the 20 orders with the highest total during your selected timeframe. You can view the date, order #, email address or the order, and order total. Clicking a customer's email address will load their 360° Profile.
💡 Use the search function to look up orders by their order # or the email address associated with the order.
Buyer Activity Customer Report
Clicking on Customers on the left side panel will open the Buyer Activity Customer Report. This report provides a view of all customers over time.
💡 Use the merchant select to view customers who purchased from a specific domain.
Repeat Customers: Customers who have purchased more than one time.
One-time Buyers: Customers who have only purchased one time.
Customers: A total count of customers.
Average Spend: The average money spent per customer.
The Customers chart provides a view a random sampling of customer data. The table displays an email address, first and last name, gender, zip code, and birthday. The information displayed in this table is based on the information provided in your Customer File via FTP or your integration. Clicking a customer's email address will load their 360° Profile.
💡 Use the search function to look up a customer by their email address.
Buyer Activity Point of Purchase Report
Clicking on Point of Purchase on the left side panel will open the Buyer Activity Point of Purchase Report. This report provides a a breakdown of how your customers are purchasing from your different order sources.
⚠️ If a value of Not Set is displayed an Order Source is not being set in your order file sent via FTP or your integration.
From the merchant dropdown you can select which domain to view data for, if you have multiple domains configured in your account.
You can also select the specific timeframe for the report from the date picker.
The bar graph displays the average amount of revenue generated per day in your selected timeframe broken down by source. The pie charts display the percentage or revenue and orders from each of the top 3 order sources during the selected timeframe.
In the Point of Purchase chart view you will see a breakdown of all orders during the selected timeframe by order source. Email revenue is revenue generated by a customer purchasing after clicking through a Listrak email. Other revenue comes from customers purchasing from other methods, such as navigating directly to the site.
Product Summary
The Product Summary displays data on all products that have ever been sent to Listrak either from your integration or from a Product File sent via FTP.
The top section displays a breakdown of how many products are active (typically products that are currently purchasable) and inactive (typically products that are discontinued and no longer purchasable.
These products are further broken down into
Total SKUs: Number of individual products
Master SKUs: Products where different versions are available
Variant SKUs: Products that are available in different configurations such as size or color
Simple SKUs: Products where only one variation is available
💡 If some of the product options are not displayed they are not included in your product data.
You will also see a breakdown of your active products into the top brands, categories, and subcategories. The chart provides a view of how many products fall into each grouping and what percentage of your active products this makes up.
The product chart will display 20 random products from the full list of products. You can see high-level information about these products in the chart. Click on the name of the product to view additional details about the product.
💡 The information in the popup is based on the most recent information Listrak received in your product import.
To view this type of information for a larger group of products, click the export icon to export 100,000 product records from your product catalog sorted by SKU. This export will be a .CSV file and you can use Excel's sort and filter functions to locate specific products.

Store Location Summary
If you have enabled the Store Location solution at Listrak, you will also see the store location information the left sidebar.
This displays the store information imported during your setup. Information includes store name, address, and store phone number.
