The Sender Code Activity Dashboard displays metrics related to the sender code selected and allows you to quickly navigate through the platform. Access this dashboard by navigating to Dashboards > Dashboards SMS Dashboard. πŸ’‘ If you have multiple sender codes, you will need to select the correct sender code from list navigation dropdown menu.

Sender Code Summary Widget

  • All Subscribers Graph: The graph shows how the sender code has grown within the last 30 days.

    • Hover over a date to see the gross number of subscribers to the sender code through the date selected.

  • Opt-Ins: The number of unique subscribers on an active sender code. This will include unique phone numbers across all lists on a sender code, including test lists.Β 

  • Opt-Outs: The number of unique subscribers opting-out of all active sender code. This will include unique phone numbers across all lists on a sender code, including test lists.

  • Click-Through: The percentage of unique click-throughs on the sender code. This includes all messages associated with the sender code.

  • Conversions: The total number of conversions attributed to messages sent from the sender code.

  • Total Revenue: The total amount of revenue generated from all messages sent from the sender code, including broadcast messages, keyword campaigns, list subscription campaigns and system messages, such as help.

Billable Message Volume

  • Message Volume: An overview of how many messages that were sent last month, this month to-date, and the entire year.

  • Outgoing: The number of messages generated and sent from Listrak to a contact including double opt-in, broadcast messages, and keyword or list subscription messages. ⚠️System Messages are not included in these widgets.

  • Incoming: The number of mobile originated (MO) messages received to the sender code during the time frame. Incoming messages include a contact confirming an opt-in, replying to a data acquisition message, and system keywords (HELP, STOP).


Campaign Performance

This section shows the opt-in and messages sent through the campaigns enabled.

Broadcast Campaigns:

  • Sent Messages: The total number of messages sent out via Broadcast Campaigns during the lifespan of the sender code.

  • Graph: Displays the number of messages sent per day over a 30-day rolling window.

Keyword Campaigns:

  • Opt-Ins: The total number of unique contacts acquired by texting in a configured keyword during the lifespan of the sender code.

  • Graph: Displays the contacts acquired per day over a 30-day rolling window.

List Subscription Campaigns:

  • Opt-Ins: The total number of unique contacts acquired by filling out a form on your site associated with a List Subscription campaign during the lifespan of the sender code.

  • Graph: Displays the contacts acquired per day over a 30-day rolling window.

Transactional Messages:

Transactional messages will only appear in this section if enabled for your sender code.

  • Sent Messages: The total number of Transactional messages sent during the lifespan of the sender code.
