What is the Contacts Dashboard?
This dashboard provides insight into the size, growth, and health of your marketing audience across channels. It shows not only how many contacts you have, but how those contacts are distributed across email, SMS, and multi-channel subscriptions.
The dashboard also highlights how contacts are joining or leaving each channel over time and how different subscriber cohorts perform.
How this dashboard helps you
The Contacts dashboard helps you evaluate both list growth and list quality.
It allows marketers to:
Monitor audience growth or stagnation by channel
Identify early signs of list fatigue through rising unsubscribe activity
Understand the value of multi-channel subscribers compared to single-channel audiences
This insight supports decisions around subscriber acquisition, cross-channel promotion, and retention strategies.
