What is the Campaigns Dashboard?

This dashboard provides a detailed view of how your recent campaigns and messages have performed across all channels and message types.

It brings engagement data for email and SMS into a single, unified view so you can review performance without switching between multiple dashboards or reports.

How this dashboard helps you

The Campaigns dashboard is designed for day-to-day operational review.

By combining all channels and message types into a single view, it allows marketers to:

  • Quickly assess recent message performance

  • Compare results across campaigns, automations, and channels

  • Identify messages that may need optimization or follow-up

Updating the Campaign Data

A date selection toolbar allows you to select from a pre-built date range range or a custom range to view data during the selected timeframe.

Learn more about the tiles and charts available on the Contacts Dashboard. All data viewed is based on the selected timeframe.

Email

  • Sends: Total number of messages sent.

  • Open Rate: Calculated by unique opens divided by total delivered messages.

  • Unsub Rate: Calculated by opt-outs divided by total delivered messages.

  • CTR (click-through rate): Calculated by clicks divided by total delivered messages.

  • Conversion Rate: Calculated by number of purchases divided by total delivered messages.

  • Revenue: The revenue generated from customers who clicked through a message and made a purchase.

  • Engagement Graph: Total sent, open rate, unsub rate, CTR, conversion rate and revenue earned. Hover over the graph to see the daily breakdown of the number and percentage of sent, delivered, opened and clicked messages.

  • Messages Table: The chart displays all email metrics for each send, including send date, total emails sent, deliverability, bounces, subscriber details, message engagement, conversion metrics, and revenue earned. Click the message name to drill down into specific message details.

SMS

  • Sends: Total number of messages sent.

  • CTR (click-through rate): Calculated by clicks divided by total delivered messages.

  • Conversion Rate: Calculated by number of purchases divided by total delivered messages.

  • Revenue: The revenue generated from customers who clicked through a message and made a purchase.

  • Engagement Graph: Total send, CTR, conversion rate and revenue earned. Hover over the graph to see the daily breakdown of the number and percentage of sent and clicked messages.

  • Messages Table: The chart displays all email metrics for each send, including send date, total messages sent, message engagement, conversion metrics, and revenue earned. Click the message name to drill down into specific message details.



Message Details View

What is the Message Detail View?

This view allows you to drill into the performance of a single email or SMS message.

By selecting a message from the Campaigns dashboard, you can explore engagement, conversion, and delivery details for that message within the selected date range.

How this view helps you

The Message Details view provides a complete picture of message performance in one place. It helps marketers diagnose delivery issues, understand content effectiveness, and identify opportunities to improve future messages.

Key metrics and breakdowns

At the top of the view, you’ll see high-level performance metrics:

  • Message Engagement Trend - by hour

  • Bounce Report by domain
