What is the Revenue Dashboard?
This dashboard focuses on marketing-attributed revenue generated within a selected date range. It brings revenue from all channels and message types into a single view so you can understand where your marketing efforts are driving the most impact.
Only revenue attributed to messages sent from the platform is included. Revenue is attributed using last-click attribution at the identity level, meaning an order’s revenue is credited to a single message, even if the customer is subscribed to multiple channels.
How this dashboard helps you
The Revenue dashboard helps you understand where your marketing revenue is coming from, so you can make more confident decisions about channel focus and automation strategy.
It’s especially useful for answering questions like:
Which channels are driving the most revenue?
How much revenue comes from automated vs broadcast campaigns?
Are certain message types underperforming relative to their volume?
This insight can guide decisions around channel mix, messaging volume, and investment in automation.
