Experience Builder Dashboard

Learn how to create and manage custom built website Experiences

The Experience Builder dashboard is where you come to create new website Experiences such as custom email and SMS popups or Tap-to-Join popups.

To access the dashboard navigate to Content > Content Experience Builder.

Page Navigation

  • View Analytics: Click to view the Analytics Dashboard for every Experience built in this Organization.

  • Create New Experience: Click to create a new signup form or informational landing page.

  • Search: Use the name to find the Experience on the dashboard.

  • Sort: Use this function to sort columns.

  • Name: The name of the Experience.

  • Type: The type of Experience created - Popup, Custom Popup, Tap-to-Join, Signup, Landing Page or Behavior Banners.

  • Last Updated: Last date and time (ET) the Experience was updated.

  • Status:

    • Draft - Experience is still being configured.

    • Active - Experience is published.

    • Inactive - Experience has been unpublished, users can no longer see or engage with the Experience.

  • Actions: Click the icon and select an option. These vary based on the status and type of content:

Allows you to make changes or reactivate the Experience.

Duplicate

Allows you to make a copy of the Experience.

Active or Inactive

View Live Link

Allows you to view and copy the live link.

Active

View Report

Allows you to access the individual Experience report dashboard.

Active or Inactive

Share Content

Allows you to copy hosted URL or the embed code to share elsewhere.

Active

Deactivate

Allows you to disable the Experience, users can no longer see or engage with the Experience.

Inactive

Delete

Allows you to remove content.

*Must deactivate content in order to delete it.

Draft, Active, Inactive
