Experience Dashboard

The Experience Overview Dashboard offers detailed insights into a single active Experience on your domain. It allows you to monitor user engagement, track revenue generated, and evaluate the overall performance of these Experiences.

Accessing the Experience Overview Dashboard

The Experience Overview Dashboard can be accessed by navigating to Content > Content Experience Builder > click the kebab icon in the row of a specific Experience > View Report.

πŸ’‘ If you have more than one domain, navigate to the correct domain first, to ensure you are reviewing data for the desired domain.

Update Data Displayed

The data on the dashboard can be updated by changing the number of days for which data is displayed, by device activity type.

Updating a Single Date Range

The single date range picker allows you to view all Experiences' activity between the specific timeframe. By default the timeframe is the last 30 days; however other options include the last 7 days, last 60 days or custom (we will only return last 18 months of data).

  1. Click on the date range at the top left of the dashboard.

  2. Select a pre-built date range from the date range drop-down, or use the calendar to select a more targeted date range.

  3. Click Apply to refresh the data to display the new date range.

Updating a Single Date Range

The single date range picker allows you to view all Experiences' activity between the specific timeframe. By default the timeframe is the last 30 days; however other options include the last 7 days, last 60 days or custom (we will only return last 18 months of data).

  1. Click on the date range at the top left of the dashboard.

  2. Select a pre-built date range from the date range drop-down, or use the calendar to select a more targeted date range.

  3. Click Apply to refresh the data to display the new date range.

Updating Device Type

This selection allows you to change the dashboard view to only show activity data specific to desktop or mobile. By default the dashboard shows data for all device types.

πŸ’‘ Helpful Tips

  • To sort tables by column data, click the double arrows next to the column title.

  • Customize what you see in the widgets by clicking a specific data point to hide the data or click it again to show the data. You can also use the All button to bring back all the date or use the Inv (Inverse) button to toggle to the other data point.


Analytics Glossary

Engagement

  • Experiences Triggered: Number of Experiences triggered to run by website visitors. An experience is triggered when visitor meets the targeting criteria of the experience (e.g is a mobile visitor who did not come from a Listrak SMS message).

  • Content Impressions: Total number of content steps seen by visitors. Each content step in an experience a visitor sees in an experience is counted as one (1) impression.

  • Form Submissions: Number of contact forms submitted.

  • Tap-to-Join Clicks (if applicable): Total number of clicks from all Tap-to-Join popups.

Performance

  • Total Performance Over Time: The total content impressions, email, and SMS submissions in the last rolling 9 days.

    • Click Content Impressions, Email Submissions or, SMS Submissions in the key to hide or show those values, they are all shown by default.

    • Hover over the graph to see individual results.

    • Use the scroll bar below the graph to dive into an hourly view.

  • Impressions By Device: The total number of times all Experiences were displayed to site visitors on both desktop and mobile.

    • Hover over the graph to see individual results.

    • Click Mobile or Desktop in the key to hide or show those values, they are both shown by default.

  • Submissions By Device: The total number of times user clicks submit/signs-up across all Experiences on both desktop and mobile users.

    • Hover over the graph to see individual results.

    • Click Email Submissions or SMS Submissions in the key to hide or show those values, they are both shown by default.

  • Coupons Served: The number of coupons served to visitors after passing through a coupon step in any experience. The coupon must come from a coupon pool (not hard coded) in order to count.

  • Step Performance:

    • Step Name: The name of the step created in the Experience.

    • Impressions: The total number of times the step in the Experience is displayed.

    • Abandonment Rate: This is calculated by dividing the number of users who see the popup but do not complete the submission by the total number of users who see the popup.

      πŸ’‘ This metric helps you understand how many users are leaving the Experience without completing the desired action.

    • Email Submissions (only applicable if the step is collecting an email): The total number of times a user submits a form that is collecting email address in the Experience.

    • SMS Submissions (only applicable if the step is collecting a phone number): The total number of times a user submits a form that is collecting phone number in the Experience.

      Submissions Rate: This is calculated by dividing the number of users who successfully submit their email address/phone number by the total number of users who see the Experience.

  • Step Interactions:

    • Step Name: The name of the step created in the Experience.

    • Persistent Button Clicks (if applicable): The number of clicks of a Persistent button to trigger a Popup to open on the website.

    • Link Clicks: The total number of times a link was clicked on the Experience.

    • Exit Clicks: The total number of times the exit link and/or the X was clicked leave the Experience.

    • URL Redirects (if applicable): The number of times a visitor was directed to a new URL based on the form submission setting.

  • Page URL Performance:

    • Page URL: The URL name the Experience was displayed on.

    • Impressions: The total number of times the Experience is displayed on that page.

    • Email Submissions: The total number of times a user submits a form that is collecting email address in the Experience from that page.

    • SMS Submissions: The total number of times a user submits a form that is collecting phone number in the Experience from that page.

    • Total Submission: The total number of times a user submits a form in the Experience from that page.

The Total Submission Summary may differ from the Email and SMS Summary due to the possibility of a single Experience having the option to subscribe to both channels at one time.

This is displayed in the Experience Performance, Experience Interactions and Page URL Performance widgets.

Revenue

  • Conversions: The total number of orders generated as a result of engaging with the single Experience.

  • Average Order Value: The average dollar amount earned per order as a result of engaging with the single Experience. This is calculated by dividing total revenue by the number of orders.

  • Total Revenue: The total dollar amount earned as a result of engaging with the single Experience.

  • Total Revenue Over Time: The total revenue and number of orders placed per day in the last rolling 30 days.

    • Click Total Revenue or Total Orders in the key to hide or show those values, they are both shown by default.

    • Hover over the graph to see individual results.

    • Use the scroll bar below the graph to dive into an hourly view.

Recent Activity

  • Active Users - Last 30 Minutes: The number of users who have seen an Experience in last 30 minutes. Displays both a numeric chart and a graph.

  • Device Types - Last 30 Minutes: The specific device type of users who have seen an Experience in last 30 minutes.

  • Unique Users Viewed Experience By Page - Last 30 Minutes: The following information pertains only to a unique user, someone who engaged with the Experience for the first time, within the last 30 minutes.

    • Page URL: The URL name the Experience was displayed on.

    • Impressions: The total number of times the Experience is displayed on that page.

    • Email Submissions: The total number of times a user submits a form that is collecting email address in the Experience from that page.

    • SMS Submissions: The total number of times a user submits a form that is collecting phone number in the Experience from that page.
