Using AI Assistant in SMS
When using AI Assist, you will still have the ability to set your message name, list, and filter based on the goals of your campaign.
To get started navigate to Messages > SMS SMS Broadcast.
Give your message a name and fill out the Setup tab of the creation experience.

On the Compose step of message creation, select the AI Copy button.
In the popup, insert a link for a website page relevant to your message. Information about the site or page can be used by the AI Assistant to craft your message.
If you would like to create an MMS message, toggle Include Image to ON.
When images are included, the link URL specified in step 3 will be scraped and attempt to identify a relevant image, such as the specific product advertised in a message. A page is scraped and will attempt to identify an image, but if an image is not found or a best image cannot be identified no image will be attached to the message. You can still add one manually, if desired.
The first time you use AI Assistant with Images a warning will appear. Click the checkbox to disable the warning in the future.
If desired, select one or more of the available tones for your message. Selecting a tone can ensure that the messages fit your brand or the type of message, for example using humor on April Fools Day.
In the textbox, add additional information about your sale, the theme of your message, an offer that should be included, or other details the AI should consider.
Click Write. This will generate three (3) different possible messages based on the context provided.
Click on the option you would like to use, or click Rewrite to generate additional options.
If desired, make slight tweaks to the message to fit your brand voice.
Add, delete, or update existing text.
Add or remove emojis.
If using MMS, you can delete the scraped image and uploaded a customized image or other attachment.
💡 Messages must follow compliance best practices, such as containing a program name, even when using the AI Assistant.
Add additional elements to your message. These elements are available for all broadcast messages.
Add Personalization
Add a coupon from a coupon pool.
Paste compliance messaging, if needed.
If desired, send a test message to your test list.
Click Continue and schedule your message.
