Listrak Solutions represent different components that comprise your marketing program. These solutions often interact and support one another. Below you will learn the high level definition of each solution within Listrak.

Messaging Channels

Email Marketing: A marketing channel that allows you to send messages triggered by specific actions, scheduling recurring messages, or send tailored one-time messages. Utilize automated split testing, send time optimization, dynamic subject lines and more and then track performance through a large collection of reporting dashboards.

Text Message Marketing: A marketing channel with robust features that include subscriber acquisition, data acquisition, SMS and MMS broadcast and triggered messaging, personalization and segmentation, automated testing, time zone optimization, and reporting dashboards.

Web Push Marketing: A marketing channel that enables notifications sent to a user's desktop or mobile device when they have a browser open, regardless of if they are on your site. Web push can notify contacts of an upcoming sale or remind them of items left in their cart via this messaging channel.

App Push Marketing: A marketing channel that enables additional mobile messaging functionality directly within your own app.

Social Marketing: A marketing channel unlocked using Listrak Exchange by allowing you to connect to Facebook, Instagram or Google to automatically sync data between these platforms and Listrak. This synced data can be used to subscribe new contacts via Facebook Lead Ads and Instagram Connected Ads, target existing subscribers with ads on these platforms, or by creating Lookalike Audiences to find similar uses on these platforms.


On-Site Content

Popup: A popup is a form that appears when a contact first visits the website that provides them an opportunity to input their contact information and be added to your marketing program. Popups can collect email address, phone number for SMS, or both. Popups can be configured to appear at different intervals, on specific pages, and differ by device.

Preference Center: A preference center is a form housed in iframe form that resides on a your site used to collect a contact's preferences such as shopping interests, email content, or email frequency. The data collected can be leveraged to segment contacts and send them relevant emails.

Landing Pages: Landing pages are Listrak-hosted pages that can collect SMS or email opt-ins or be purely information. Using a drag-and-drop editor these pages can be fully designed to meet your site branding and collect additional information about contacts, if desired.


Triggered Messaging

Welcome Series: A series of relationship-building messages sent when a new user signs up to receive marketing messages. These messages can deliver any incentives promoted at sign up, provide additional details about your brand, and introduce your new subscribers to your products, and more. New subscribers and re-subscribers can be sent different tailored messages.

Abandonment Suite: This campaign suite uses advanced behavior-based tracking to observe a customer's onsite activity. Upon abandonment of an information page, a product page, or a shopping cart, the contact will receive a contextually relevant triggered messages intended to convert to a purchase. Contacts can receive different messages based on variables such as cart total, product category, browsed page URL and more to customize experiences based on your business needs,

Post Purchase: This campaign suite is sent to customer's who have completed a purchase. Campaign types include Thank You, Winback, Review Request, Loyalty Tier, and more. All message types can be customized to include personalized content, product, and order detail data sent to Listrak.

Date-Based: Date-based campaigns are campaigns where the specific delivery relies on a date milestone that will differ across contacts. These messages are delivered when a specific contact meets the milestone. Common examples include birthday and subscription or purchase anniversary. Any date collected in a profile field, such as due date, wedding anniversary, or subscription expiry could be used in a date-based campaign.

Alert Suite: This campaign suite includes three types of messages. Back-in-Stock alerts a contact when their desired products are restocked, discontinued or the wait for product has been expired. Price Drop alerts the contact when the price of an item that was browed or added to a cart lowers in price. Low Inventory alerts the contact when the quantity drops below a specified level of the product that was browsed or added to a cart.

Replenishment: This solution generates purchase reminder emails using predictive behavioral analytics, order history data, and integrated business intelligence to identify when a contact's refillable product may be getting low to encourage a refill purchase. This also includes a Replenishment Dashboard that displays key setup and reporting metrics.

Transactional: This solution sends API-triggered messages following transactions of your choice, such as order and shipping confirmation, return request, password update, and more. All key personal and order detail information displayed in the message is also generated using API IDs associated with each data point that can be customized to fit each your needs.


Data-Based

Advanced Retail Segmentation (ARS): This solution dynamically synchronizes customer purchase data into a profile field that can be used as email filter criteria. ARS data is stored in the FA Customer Metrics field group. Learn more about the fields.

Advanced Segmentation Package (AS): This solution provides all of the customer data available in Advanced Retail Segmentation, plus enables additional profile fields to store information about a contact's recent browse behavior.

Ratings and Reviews: This solution incorporates customer reviews into Cart Abandonment or other product-specific campaigns. Listrak has built-in integrations with several Marketplace Review Providers or allows for custom integrations. This also includes a Reviews Dashboard that displays key setup and reporting metrics.

Predictive Analytics: This solutions uses artificial intelligence, machine learning, and

statistical modeling to assess the likelihood of what a contact is likely to do in the future.

CRM: A data collection and management tool, Listrak CRM can be used to provide actionable analysis via a customizable visualization tool, as email filter criteria, or as triggers used in automated campaigns built with Conductor.


Predictive Personalization

Product Recommender: This solution uses advanced machine learning coupled with product and order data to create open-time, relevant product recommendations. Create customized strategies to display personalized products in an email or on a website page. This includes a Dashboard that displays key reporting metrics.

Recurring Automated Campaign (RAC): An email marketing message composed of customized product display blocks that uses Listrak's Product Recommender solution. This broadcast message is intended to deploy on a recurring cadence sending to the same audience. Due to the technology, the recipients will receive different content each time.

Predictive Content: This solution leverages your blog or other content to personalize a contact's email. Listrak's Predictive Content Crawler automatically finds and indexes website content and then leverages every contact's purchase history and browse activity to display personalized one-to-one content in email campaigns.
