💡 Helpful Tips

  • The option to save as a draft is not available, make sure all assets and content copy is ready when you begin creating your message.

  • Messages will go to the full audience, segmentation is not available.

  • The estimated number of recipients may be larger than the actual list size at time of send. This is because unsubscribed contacts are not calculated in real-time but at the time of the next sent web push message.

  • Messages will send immediately, they cannot be scheduled to send at a later date/time or be scheduled as a recurring send.

  • Web Push analytics such as conversions, revenue and click-though are captured and tracked. To view these metrics please contact your Account Manager for access to your report.

  • You will not be able to access a list of contacts who have signed up to receive Web Push notifications.

  • The URL that appears on the web push message is the domain name.

    • The destination URL is where the contact will be directed to when they click the message, but will not appear in the message.

  • Click here to see the list of supported browsers and devices.
