Creating a Dashboard
Listrak CRM comes with pre-built dashboards, but as you begin to use CRM you may want to create a new dashboard or delete an existing dashboard.
You can create a new dashboard within Listrak CRM by following the steps below:
Navigate to a dashboard under Dashboards > CRM.
Then, navigate to a tile.
Click the three dots in the upper right-hand corner of the tile.
Click Explore From Here.
When the tile loads, click the settings icon in the top left corner.
Then Save to a Dashboard.
Now you can set up the new dashboard:
Select Group or Personal from the sidebar based on where you would like to save the new dashboard.
Click New Dashboard in the lower left-hand corner of the popup.
Add a Name and click OK.
In the top name section, name the tile you want to duplicate.
π‘ You can delete the tile from the new dashboard after creation, if desired.
A message should appear at the top of the tile with a link to the new dashboard. The dashboard will also be available in the list of dashboards by clicking the square icon or in the dashboard navigation.
π‘ It may take a few minutes for the dashboard to show up in these lists.
Deleting a Dashboard
Navigate to the desired dashboard.
Click Edit.
Click the Settings Icon.
Then Move to Trash.
Confirm this is the dashboard you wish to delete and click OK.
