You can now control and manage your SMS segmentation within the Listrak platform. With custom segmentation, you have the ability to add, edit, and create up to five custom fields to use within your SMS campaign. Access your custom fields by following the below steps.
- Navigate from the home menu to Contacts.
- Go to Segmentation.
When landing on this page, you will see the previously created custom fields that you've created. You can click to edit or delete them within this table or create a new field.
ADD A FIELD
When creating fields, select from four different field types: number, text, date (mm/dd/yyyy), and checkbox.
- Click Add Field.
- Enter a Field Name.
- Select a Field Type from the drop-down menu.
- Click Save.
