Message Events Exportable Report

Contact-level details for every message type sent for both email and mobile channels.

What This Report Shows

A per-contact log of every message event: sends, opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes, and conversions across channels.

Who Should Use It

Use this report when you need contact-level detail behind the aggregate numbers: building an engagement timeline for a specific contact, investigating bounce reasons, or feeding a custom segmentation model.

Common Uses

  • Build a full engagement timeline for an individual contact across every channel.

  • Pull bounce or unsubscribe reason detail to clean up sender reputation issues.

  • Feed granular event data into a custom segmentation or suppression rule.

How to Get to the Report

  • Navigate to Analytics > Cross-Channel Analytics Report

  • Click +New Report

  • Select the Message Events card on the Popup

  • Renaming the report is optional

Filters Available

Every report supports the filters below. Combine them to narrow your export to exactly the rows you need.

What it does

Date Range

A preset range (yesterday, last 7/30/90/365 days, previous week, month, quarter, or year) or a custom start and end date.

Channel

One or more channels: Email, SMS, App Push, Web Push.

List

One or more specific subscriber lists.

Event Type

Sent, Open, Click, Bounce, Unsubscribe, or Conversion events.

Toggle on to include MMP opens

Toggle off to exclude MPP opens
