Using Listrak's Financial Portal

Learn how to set up ACH payments, view invoices, and view your usage information.

The Listrak Financial Portal allows you to manage your payment methods and view your past and current invoices. You can also view your usage for the email and SMS program (if you have SMS enabled) and how much of your contracted amount has been consumed.


To access Listrak's Financial Portal, navigate to Account > Account Billing.

Setting up a new payment method using ACH

โš ๏ธ Both Manage and Billing Access must be given to the user trying to view and pay invoices. Learn more about Listrak's different user permission levels here.

Setting Up ACH Payments

  1. Go to Account > Account Billing.

  2. Click Manage Bank Account.

  3. Enter the required billing information.

  4. Click Save.

View Your Billing Dashboard

After clicking save, you are redirected to the billing landing page. The bank account you just added in the above steps should now appear under Existing Bank Accounts. You will see at-a-glance view of: bank name, name on account, ABA number, account number, and account type. You may also remove a bank account.

View or Pay Your Invoices

Invoices are generated and ready for payment on the 5th of each month for the previous month. Both Manage and Billing Access must be given to the user trying to view and pay invoices. Any user under Admin Status will be able to do this as well.

  1. Select the View Invoices button in the Billing Portal

    ๐Ÿ’ก Clicking the download icon also allows you to download a copy of your invoice to your desktop.

  2. Click Pay Now.

  3. Select the applicable invoice.

  4. Select a Bank Account.

  5. Click Pay.


View Your Message Usage

  1. Select the Email or SMS Usage button in the Billing Portal for the type of message you would like to view.

  2. The percentage chart will show the amount of messages that have been consumed. All email messages are counted in the email chart, including automated campaigns. For SMS messages, you will see a chart for both SMS and MMS messages.

  3. You will also see the following information:

    1. The number of days remaining in your contract.

    2. The date the counter will be reset.

    3. A list of messages, number of messages sent, and other details (e.g. email list, email campaign, SMS sender code, and SMS message type).

  4. Click Export to download this information as an Excel document in a xls format.
