By applying a filter, profile data can be added to an entire group of contacts at once from any analytic results, such as contacts that haven't opened a particular message or contacts that entered a Conductor conversation on specific day. 

  • NOTE: Adding profile data overwrites any previous values contained in those fields. This cannot be undone as previous data is not stored in Listrak.

You can create a profile field anywhere you can access a list of contacts, including: 

  • Subscribed Contact List 
  • Any list-specific analytics report 

Follow the below steps to add/update profile data to an existing field or to create and add to a new field. 

ADDING DATA TO AN EXISTING PROFILE FIELD

1. Click the people icon to Create Segments.

2. Select the Segment Field Group from the drop-down menu.
3. Select the Field Name from the drop-down menu.
4. Enter a Value.
5. Click Save.

The action is processing and the status can be viewed at any time in the Progress Monitor.

6. Click Close.

ADDING A NEW PROFILE FIELD IN AN EXISTING FIELD GROUP

1. Click the people icon to Create Segments.

2. Select the Field Group from the drop-down menu.
3. Select <Add New Attribute> from the drop-down menu.
4. Select Check Box from the second drop-down menu.
5. Enter a name for the field. 

6. Click Add.
7. Check the Value.
8. Click Save.

The action is processing and the status can be viewed at any time in the Progress Monitor.

ADDING TO A NEW PROFILE FIELD IN AN NEW FIELD GROUP

1. Click the people icon to Create Segments.

2. Select <Add Field Group> from the drop-down menu.
3. Enter a name for the field group.
4. Click Add.

5. Select <Add New Attribute> from the drop-down menu.
6. Select Check Box from the second drop-down menu.
7. Enter a name for the field. 

8. Click Add.
9. Check the Value.
10. Click Save.

The action is processing and the status can be viewed at any time in the Progress Monitor.
