ALERTS DASHBOARD

The Alerts Dashboard provides you with valuable insight into the number of products that customers are waiting for. This data comes from signups via Back-in Stock Alerts and from Price-Drop or Low Inventory Alerts that are triggered when a customer browses a product, but doesn't purchase. Follow the below steps to learn more about the Alerts Dashboard.

  1. Navigate to Solutions > Solutions Alerts.

  2. Select the Alert you wish to view.

  3. In the date selector, choose the range you wish to view.

Report Details

In the subscriptions graph, you can see the number of alert subscriptions that occurred during the time frame you selected. Remember, in the case of Back-in-Stock, subscriptions are explicit, meaning the shopper signed up with their email address. Subscriptions in the case of Browse Based Alerts (Back-in-Stock, Price Drop, and Low Inventory) are counted when a shopper browses a product, but does not purchase.

  • Reachable Browsers/Subscribers: This data point will differ based on the type of activity related to the alert and displays the number of contacts who browsed or subscribed in the selected timeframe. Reachable browsers indicate contacts who have an email address that is known to Listrak.

  • Daily Subscription Average: The average number of contacts generated daily.

  • Monthly Subscription Average: The average number of contacts generated monthly.

Product Chart

The product chart under the graph displays the most browed products or the product that collected the most Back-In-Stock sign ups. In this chart, you can see the number of contacts who signed up for notifications or browed a product.

Clicking on the product title loads the specific email addresses of the contacts. You will also see the date a contact interacted with the product, the price at the time, and how many products were on hand. These data points are used to determine if a contact is eligible to receive an alert based on the change in quantity or price.
