Stay Up to Date with the Listrak Status Page

The Listrak Status Page allows you to monitor the functionality of the parts of the Listrak Platform and subscribe to notifications to let you know about upcoming maintenance and any platform degradation.

Accessing the Status Page

  • Visit https://status.listrak.com at any time to see the status of the platform.

  • If you are working in the platform, navigate to Help & Support > Listrak Status to access the page.

Platform Monitoring

You can see the status of the following areas of the Listrak Platform:

  • Listrak App

  • Listrak API

  • Email

  • SMS, MMS, and RCS

  • Mobile App Push

  • Journey Hub

  • Listrak Intelligence (Predictive Analytics, Product Recommendations, Predictive Content)

  • Analytics

  • Segmentation

  • Imports and Exports

Scroll to the bottom of the status page to see a timeline of any incidents that occurred.

Subscribe for Updates

  1. Click Subscribe to Updates at the top of the page.

  2. Select the tab for the type of update you would like to receive.

  3. Input the contact information and click subscribe.

  4. Confirm your subscription via the selected method.
