Core Platform: This card displays the basic information about your Listrak integration, including the Merchant ID, which is an internal Listrak identifier of your domain, and eCommerce Platform, which identifies what ecommerce platform is integrated in the domain.

Content: This card displays information about the personalization elements that are present on the site. The Experiences row counts the number of experiences currently live or in test mode. The Product Recommendations row indicates if the code for Listrak website product recommendations is detected and the Persistent Button Z-index Override indicates if an experience using a button trigger type is live on the site and using the function to control how it is displayed over other content layers on the site.

Events and Identity: This card allows you to monitor if your integrated Listrak events are firing which triggers Listrak automations. You can toggle on or off the monitor events that fire when a page is browsed, an item is browsed, or an item is added to the cart. You can also monitor Experience Analytics to confirm that impressions and submissions are being sent backto the Listrak for your onsite experiences.

The identity section allows you to monitor the subscription events that are occurring on the site by displaying a seen status on the card, the unique ID for the user's session, called a GSID, and if the user has consented to have their activity tracked (only used if you have a cookie policy set). You can subscribe a contact via a subscription point and see if it is recognized by the extension.
