Why do I need to re-authenticate?
Listrak is consistently improving the Shopify Public App and developing additional features. These features may require you to grant additional permissions to allow Shopify to send this data to the Listrak Platform.
How will I know I need to re-authenticate?
A message will appear in the Listrak Integration Manager if you are required to re-authenticate.
Navigate to Integrations > Integrations Management
Click on the name of your Shopify Public App
If the message below is displayed, you will need to re-authenticate.
Re-authenticating Permissions
If re-authentication is required, follow the steps below.
Log in to your Shopify admin panel.
Navigate to Apps.
Click on Listrak.
When the Update data access message appears, click Update.
The Listrak login will appear. Login is not required.
To confirm the permissions have been updated:
Open your Listrak account.
Navigate to Integrations > Integrations Management.
Click on the name of your Shopify Public App.
If no popup appears, the re-authentication was successful.
