Adding the Listrak Domain Alias Branding Record

For directions to access the DNS Manager click here.
Click Add Record.
In the Record Type list, please select CNAME (Alias).
Please complete the following fields:
1. Enter an Alias Name: Enter the subdomain name for the alias assignment. For Listrak, we recommend link.yourdomainhere.com
2. Points to Host Name: Enter the host name that the alias from the above step will point to. For Listrak, this will need to be "customers.esp1.co"
3. TTL: Time to Live determines how long the server should cache information for this record. This can be left at the default setting unless there is a specific preference in mind.
Click OK then click Save Zone File.

Adding Listrak Google Postmaster Tools Record

For directions to access the DNS Manager click here.
Click Add Record.
In the Record Type list, please select CNAME (Alias).
Please complete the following fields:
- Enter an Alias Name: Enter the subdomain name for the alias assignment. You will be receiving an email from Listrak Support that contains the alias.
- Points to Host Name: Enter the host name that the alias from step 4a will point to. You will be receiving an email from Listrak Support that contains the host name.
- TTL: Time to Live determines how long the server should cache information for this record. This can be left at the default setting unless there is a specific preference in mind.
Click OK then click Save Zone File.

⚠️ Make sure this record is being added as a subdomain. If it is not, you may experience issues receiving emails on your internal network.
Click Add Record.
In the Record Type list, please select MX (Mail Exchanger).
Please complete the following fields:
1. Sub-Domain: Enter the subdomain name for the MX record. For Listrak, we recommend "bounce"
2. Priority: Please select the priority you want to assign to the mail server. For Listrak, we recommend a priority of 10.
3. Host Name: Enter the subdomain name for the MX record. For Listrak, we recommend bounce.yourdomainhere.com.
  ⚠️ Make sure this record is being added as a subdomain. If it is not, you may experience issues with receiving emails on your internal network.
4. Enter Go to Address: Enter the mail server's address. For Listrak, this has to be "bounce.esp1.co"
5. TTL: Time to Live determines how long the server should cache information for this record. This can be left at the default setting unless there is a specific preference in mind.
Click OK then click Save Zone File.

In the “Record Type” list, please select TXT (Text).
Please complete the following fields:
1. TXT Name: Enter the subdomain for the TXT record. For Listrak, we recommend bounce.yourdomainhere.com
2. TXT Value: Enter the value you want to assign to the record. For Listrak, this has to be "v=spf1 include:esp1.co -all"
  ⚠️ Please note that the double quotes around TXT values in GoDaddy are not needed. This will cause two sets of double quotes around the TXT value.
3. TTL: Time to Live determines how long the server should cache information for this record. This can be left at the default setting unless there is a specific preference in mind.
Click OK then click Save Zone File

Please complete the following fields:
1. TXT Name: Enter the subdomain for the TXT record. You will be receiving an email from Listrak Support that contains the TXT Name.
2. TXT Value: Enter the value you want to assign to the record. You will be receiving an email from Listrak Support that contains the TXT value.
  ⚠️ Please note that the double quotes around TXT values in GoDaddy are not needed. This will cause two sets of double quotes around the TXT value.
3. TTL: Time to Live determines how long the server should cache information for this record. This can be left at the default setting unless there is a specific preference in mind.
Click OK then click Save Zone File.
