Our Shopify Public App allows you to automatically or manually install tracking scripts for Storefront and Checkout & Order Confirmation pages. We recommend that all new Shopify Public App integrations use the automatic script installation process.

Automatic Script Installation:

  • Navigate to the Shopify Public App integration settings.
  • Listrak Admin > Manage > Integrations > Shopify Public App
  • To install the scripts automatically just check the Automatic option. Then check the Storefront and Checkout & Order Confirmation checkboxes.
  • Click “Update Settings” to automatically apply the scripts to your Shopify Merchant account.
  • A confirmation popup will appear that the script install was completed successfully.

Manual Script Installation:

  • Navigate to the Shopify Public App integration settings.
  • Listrak Admin > Manage > Integrations > Shopify Public App
  • Under the Install Tracking settings, click on the "this guide..." link which will load a modal for manual script installation instructions.
  • Follow the instructions on the modal to install the necessary tracking scripts in your Shopify store. The code snippets on this page are specific to the Listrak Merchant and Shopify Store that have been integrated and should not be copied to or reused for any other Shopify Store.
  • Once you complete the steps to manually install the scripts you can return to the Shopify Public App setup and select the Manual option then click the "Update Settings" button to activate the integration scripts.
