One of the steps of GDPR compliance is the right to know, be forgotten, erasure, and edit requests to personal information that may be on file about your EU customers. With Listrak processing these data requests, you may notice the private.listrak.com email address appear in the Conversion Dashboard Detail Report, or the Shopping Cart Abandonment Dashboard.
These email addresses represent your contacts or customers who have had their personal data removed from Listrak, leaving their email addresses anonymous. You will not be able to drill down to see data about a contact who has been removed from our system.
NOTE: Requests related to personal information should be sent to the Listrak Client Success Team at email@example.com. Customer requests must come from our clients directly and be previously validated. Once updates are complete, Listrak will communicate back to you so you can relay the information to your customers.
