Listrak uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities to help users perform tasks more efficiently, including generating audience segments, creating marketing-related content, and assisting with workflow configuration.
These capabilities are powered through Amazon Bedrock, a managed service provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS) that provides secure access to large language models (LLMs).
How We Use AI
AI is used to assist users in generating outputs based on prompts they provide within the platform. For example:
Generating audience segments from natural language descriptions
Assisting with marketing automation configuration
Creating recommendations and insights based on user requests
Simplifying complex platform workflows
AI-generated outputs are suggestions and remain subject to user review and approval before being used within the platform.
Data Sent to AI Models
When a user submits a prompt, the information necessary to fulfill that request may be sent to an AI model through Amazon Bedrock.
Examples may include:
User-entered prompts
Relevant platform configuration information required to complete the request
Context necessary to generate an accurate response
Only the information required to fulfill the user's request is provided to the AI service.
Data Privacy and Model Training
Customer data submitted through our AI-powered features is not used by our company to train AI models. Additionally, Amazon Bedrock does not use customer prompts, responses, or content processed through the service to train the underlying foundation models.
Customer data remains the property of the customer and is processed solely for the purpose of generating the requested AI-assisted output.
Security and Data Handling
AI requests are processed through Amazon Bedrock using AWS-managed security controls. We follow the principle of least privilege and only provide the minimum information necessary for the AI service to fulfill the requested task.
Customer data is handled in accordance with our security, privacy, and data protection policies.
Customer Control
Customers control when AI features are used by submitting prompts or interacting with AI-enabled functionality within the platform. AI-generated outputs are provided as recommendations and can be reviewed, modified, or discarded by the user before use.
