Adding the Listrak Domain Alias Branding Record
Navigate to Settings.
Go to Server Settings.
Then DNS Records.
Fully Qualified Host: Enter the subdomain name for the alias assignment. For Listrak, we recommend link.yourdomainhere.com
Time To Live: Determines how long the server should cache information for this record. This can be left at the default setting unless there is a specific preference in mind.
Click Add.
Adding the Listrak Bounce Domain Branding Record
Navigate to Settings.
Go to Server Settings.
Then DNS Records.
💡 In some versions of the control panel, this is located under Setup & Tools > Advanced Tools > DNS Records.
Click on Mail Servers.
Select “I'm setting up an external email hosting solution.”
Complete the following fields:
Type: This should already be set at "MX."
Fully Qualified Host: Enter the subdomain name for the alias assignment. For Listrak, we recommend bounce.yourdomainhere.com
Value: Enter the host name that the alias from the previous step will point to. For Listrak, this will need to be bounce.esp1.co
⚠️ Make sure this record is being added as a subdomain. If it is not, you may experience issues with receiving emails on your internal network.
Time To Live: Determines how long the server should cache information for this record. This can be left at the default setting unless there is a specific preference in mind.
Priority: Enter the priority you want to assign to the mail server. For Listrak, we recommend a priority of 10.
Click Add.
Adding the Listrak SPF Branding Record
Navigate to Settings.
Go to Server Settings.
Then DNS Records.
💡 In some versions of the control panel, this is located under Setup & Tools > Advanced Tools > DNS Records.
Click Web Hosts.
Scroll down to the blank fields at the bottom of the list.
Please complete the following fields:
Type: Select “TXT” in the drop-down.
Fully Qualified Host: Enter the subdomain name for the alias assignment. For Listrak, we recommend bounce.yourdomainhere.com
Value: Enter the host name that the alias from the previous step will point to. For Listrak, this will need to be v=spf1 include:esp1.co -all

Adding the Listrak DKIM Branding Record
Navigate to Settings.
Go to Server Settings.
Then DNS Records.NOTE: In some versions of the control panel, this is located under Setup & Tools > Advanced Tools > DNS Records.
Click Web Hosts.
Scroll down to the blank fields at the bottom of the list.
Complete the following fields:
Type: Select “TXT” in the drop-down.
Fully Qualified Host: Enter the subdomain for the TXT record. You will be receiving an email from Listrak Support that contains the TXT Name and will most likely be “key1._domainkey.yourdomainhere.com”
Value: Enter the host name that the alias from the previous step will point to. You will be receiving an email from Listrak Support that contains the value.
