Listrak Studio: Push Dynamic Content from Figma into Listrak

Dynamic Content allows you to tailor portions of your message to different audiences, displaying unique content based on preferences, purchase behavior, demographics, or any criteria you choose. Use Listrak Studio to easily push these designs from Figma into the Listrak platform.

If you only need to create and publish Dynamic Content, you can use this feature independently without completing the full email creation workflow.

Follow the steps below to push Dynamic Content into Listrak:

  1. Open Listrak Studio.

  2. Click Push Dynamic Content.

  3. Select the part(s) of the Figma design you want to use for Dynamic Content.

    1. If you have already tagged the elements, continue with the Edit step.

    2. If you have not tagged the elements, click Setup in the navigation to complete this step.

      1. Follow the same steps you used when tagging the entire design.

  4. The Edit step allows you to choose the type of content, Saved Content or Dynamic Content, Push to Listrak or modify the content.

    1. To push the Dynamic Content into Listrak:

      1. Toggle On Mark as Dynamic Content

      2. Verify the name (it's displayed in the black banner at the top of the property panel and in the Push piece section).

        1. To change the name, update the value displayed in the input field in the Push piece section.

      3. Choose the destination folder from the dropdown.

  5. Click Push to Listrak when you want to add this element to Listrak's content library.

  6. However, if you choose to click Continue, from the top navigation, you will move into the Push step of the process.

    1. The Push step also allows you to push the piece(s) of content into the Listrak platform, to do so:

      1. Choose the destination folder from the dropdown.

      2. Click Push to Listrak.

    2. Note, if you have previously pushed content and now want to push the remaining content, you will be given the option to push the remaining content. For example:

  7. Clicking Done will take you back to the home page of the Studio.

💡 Helpful Tips

  • Dynamic Content locks (and not be unlocked) once a message has been sent using that piece of content. So if you try to updated that content in Listrak Studio you will not be able to because of the locking feature.

    • To combat this you will need to create a new piece of Dynamic Content.
