Listrak uses certain third party service providers to assist with data processing activities. These service providers are known as subprocessors of Listrak. Before engaging with a subprocessor, Listrak performs extensive due diligence, which includes security and legal analysis and each subprocessor is subject to contract terms that enforce compliance with applicable data protection laws.
