You can send recommendations to your customers based on non-interactive traits, such as "What's New" or "Top Sellers"– allowing you to create meaningful and relevant recommendations which provides your customers with a more personalized experience. While much of this data is driven by supplemental Listrak Solutions (i.e Post Purchase, Shopping Cart or Browse Abandonment), below are ingredients that don't require reference data and can be created as a stand alone.

BASE INGREDIENTS 

Base ingredients are the foundation for all other recipe ingredients to later be built upon. Below are the base ingredients that don't require reference data:

  • CEO's Picks: Choose the specific products to display by entering a list of product SKUs
  • Gateway Products: Recommend products that are usually bought in a new customer's first order
  • Top Sellers: Select a time frame from of 7, 30, 90, or 365 days and a category, department, or brand
  • Trending: Recommend products that have an upward sales momentum within a given percentile over a specified period of time
  • What's New: Recommend new products

ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS 

Combining the below ingredients with those listed above gives you the power to completely customize the recommendations results algorithm. Below are additional ingredients that also don't require a customer to interact with your website:

  • Demote by SKU: Lower the weight of a specified SKU within the results of the set- If this is set to 100%, it removes the specified SKU completely.
  • Less than [Quantity] In Stock: Recommend products that have less in stock than the specified quantity
  • More than [Quantity] In Stock: Recommend products that have more in stock than the specified quantity
  • Not Discontinued: Select this ingredient to assure you're not recommending discontinued items
  • Only One Variant: Select this ingredient to group all variations of a product into a single result
  • Promote by SKU: Increase the weight of a specified SKU
  • Randomness: Select this ingredient to add randomness to recommendation results
  • Sale [Status] or Clearance [Status]: Recommend or exclude products that're on sale or clearance
  • Sales Rank - Last [TimeFrame] Day: Recommend products based on the number sold in the past 7 or 30 days
  • Specific Brand: Recommend products that are in the same brand as the reference product
  • Specific Category: Recommend products that are in the same category as the reference product
  • Specific Subcategory: Recommend products that are in the same subcategory as the reference product
  • Specific Product Attribute: Recommend products based on a specific attribute selected by the retailer
  • Top Rated Products: Recommend top-rated products that are rated higher than the specified star count
