Create a new MMS broadcast message by following the below steps.

1. Navigate from the SMS Home Dashboard.
2. Click New Campaign.
3. Then New Broadcast.
4. Then MMS.

CREATING A NEW MMS CAMPAIGN

When creating a new MMS broadcast message, there's a four step workflow on the left-hand side.

MESSAGE SETUP

1. Enter a Message Name.
2. Select a List from the drop-down menu.
3. Apply filters, if applicable.
4. Select to send Immediately, Schedule, or Time Zone Optimize.
5. Click Continue.

Next, enter your Conversion Analytics.

NOTE: Listrak Conversion Analytics are only applicable if they are enabled at the short code level. Enable Listrak Conversion Analytics by navigating to the short code settings located under Manage

6. Select a Campaign Type from the drop-down menu.
7. Enter a Campaign Name.
8. Enter a Campaign Version.
9. Enter the applicable Campaign Name and Campaign Content for Google Analytics.

MESSAGE COMPOSITION

The second step is to enter the content of your broadcast send including necessary compliance language. Be aware that you're limited to 1,000 characters per message and an attachment with a maximum file size of 500k. Use the text box to enter the message content with a real-time preview located on the right-hand side. 

NOTE: Supported filetypes are .gif, .jpg, .png, and .bmp.

Click the plus sign in the message to add personalization elements such as First and Last Name, Postal Code, Birthday, and Email. 

After the message has been created, click Continue

MESSAGE REVIEW

The last step before sending or scheduling your broadcast message is review. On the third step of the workflow, you will see at-a-glance message settings including:

  • Message Name
  • Scheduled/Send Date and Time
  • List
  • Message Content

If additional edits are required at this time, you can edit the message settings or content by clicking edit on this page. By clicking edit, you will be redirected to one of the above workflow steps.

To finish creating your broadcast message, click Complete.
