SEND ID

Listrak now gives you the ability to view the lifetime engagement of your campaigns. Previously, an ID was assigned to each message within a conversation. Only the first message sent to a subscriber would capture engagement, such as opens, clicks, and purchases.

The Send ID places a unique tracking ID on every send when a subscriber is in the conversation. Your reporting shows the same contact who has purchased multiple times within in a conversation. This allows you to target specific audiences more accurately within your lists.

DATE RANGE LIMITS

ACTIVITY

Reporting within List Activity Dashboard, Message Activity (delivery, unsubscribe, open, read, pass-along, bounce, and click details), and Geo Location is limited to a 15-month date range. This is identified in the date-range label. Any date range that is selected in the drop-down that exceeds 15 months will have the start date adjusted to the minimum available date.

MESSAGE HISTORY AND RECENT MESSAGES

The Message History and Recent Messages sections 15 months or older will lose Message Dashboard and Geo Location icons.

COLUMN CHANGE

After 90 days, some reports will be modified. For Example, the Bounce Details column will not be shown after 90 days in the Bounce Details report. A column will be added for the click count to reflect the data for the number of clicks for a send on a specific link. If this is less than 90 days, each click with its unique click date is shown.
