ADDING STORE LOCATOR TO YOUR EMAILS

GET CODE

After you've saved a store locator design, follow the below steps to access the code to add to an email.

  1. Click the three dots on the store locator dashboard.
  2. Click Get Code.
  3. Copy and Paste the code into a text editor.

SAVED CONTENT

Before adding store locator to your emails, create saved content to quickly and easily update store locator across all of your marketing emails. Creating saved content allows you to update your store locator designs without having to manually update each email where a design is being used.

Follow these instructions to create a piece of saved content containing store locator.

COMPOSER

Follow the below steps to add a store locator design to your email. Add store locator wherever applicable, for example, above the footer content in our marketing email.

1. Drag and drop a two column structure onto the canvas.
2. Drag and drop an image element into each side of the two column structure.

  • NOTE: Avoid adding padding to store locator images in Composer and HTML. The images themselves are dynamic, however the location you place them is not. Any padding added to your message will take up space in your message regardless of which store locator elements display. Contacts may see additional empty space in their messages with added padding.

3. Navigate to the code that was copied above.
4. Copy the store map image URL.
5. Navigate to the two column structure.
6. Click the image element where you'd like to add the store image.
7. Click Image Source.
8. Paste the store map image URL in the image source.
9. Click Submit.

  • TIP: Be sure to update the alternative text, link URL, and link title for each element that's being added.

Next, repeat the above steps to add the store details image URL to the other column in the above structure.

  • TIP: Arrange the store map image and the store details image to best fit your design. Be sure to apply mobile styling options to this structure to deliver the best mobile friendly results!

After you've added the store map image URL and the store details image URL, follow the below steps to the fallback image to your design.

10. Drag and drop a one column structure onto the canvas.
11. Drag and drop an image element into the above structure.
12. Click Image Source.
13. Navigate to the code that was copied above.
14. Copy the fallback image URL.
15. Paste the fallback image URL.
16. Click Submit.

17. Click Apply Design and Save.
