The beginning of this article walks through the step-by-step process required for a full-service Listrak-led integration. Currently, refer-a-friend is not available as a self-service solution.

Refer-a-Friend is designed to grow your marketing list with the use of word-of-mouth marketing. By placing a form onto your website, contacts can submit their email addresses, along with the email addresses of friends to refer. Entrants are incentivized to refer friends. Learn more about setting up a refer-a-friend campaign by following the below steps.


To install the Refer-a-Friend form onto your site, follow the below steps.

  1. Copy the below code, and place it in the webpage you wish to house the form.

  2. Change the height and width values as needed. You shouldn't need to change any other values.

NOTE: Please be sure to replace the X's in the below code with your unique Refer-a-Friend Code. Please reach out to the Listrak Client Success team ( or 717-627-4528 x1), or your Account Manager/Project Manager for your unique refer-a-friend code.

After you've installed the Refer-a-Friend code on your website, tested the code, and provided your feedback to Listrak, please coordinate with your Project Manager to launch this solution.
