The first step in setting up your transactional campaign is to create a separate transactional email list. If you've previously created a transactional list, be sure to use this list. Follow the below steps to create the new list in your Listrak account.
- Navigate from the home menu to Manage.
- Go to Lists.
- Click New List.
- Enter Transactional for the name.
- Assign to a folder, if applicable.
- Click Create.
7. Select the transactional list as your current list.
Next, set up the profile fields for personalizing transactional messages with content.
