You have just completed creating a new conversation for your Welcome Series. Now follow the below steps to update properties for your conversation.
1. After clicking Create a Conversation, you'll come to a blank conversation template. Click the Conversation Properties icon.
2. Change the Campaign to Welcome Series. If this is not an option in the drop-down menu, type "Welcome Series" into the text box, and click New.
3. Ensure the Conversation Entry Limit Per Contact is set to Single Entry unless you want to allow customers to receive the Welcome Series each time they sign up.
NOTE: You have the option to set up your Welcome Series to Allow unlimited entries and filter out contacts in the conversation. To learn more, refer to the article: Limit Customer Entries in Welcome Series.
4. Click Update.
