You should always preview and test your emails to ensure that they'll render the way you intended them to.

PREVIEW A MESSAGE

  1. Navigate from the home menu to Authoring.
  2. Go to either Saved Messages (if you have already created a message) or New Message (to create a new message).
  3.  Click Preview.
  4. A pop-up window will appear that displays a preview of your message.
  5. Select the view from the drop-down menu: desktop version, mobile versions, or designate a custom device width.
  6. Use the Select/Load Contact feature to load individual contacts to see how the message will look for them in their inbox. This can be extremely useful if you're testing dynamic content, personalization fields, or Listrak systems fields.

TEST A MESSAGE

  1. Navigate from the home menu to Authoring.
  2. Go to either Saved Messages (if you have already created a message) or New Message (to create a new message).
  3. Under message settings, enter the email address to which you'd like to send a test message.
  4. Click Send Test

You will then see a confirmation appear stating that your test has been sent:
