HOW DO I USE THE SCA DASHBOARD?

The SCA Dashboard displays valuable information regarding your Cart Abandonment campaign(s). Stats such as Carts Abandoned vs. Carts Recovered are identified for the given time period as well as revenue breakdowns. Use the SCA Dashboard in conjunction with the Conversion Dashboard to provide a complete picture of the return on investment (ROI) generated by your email campaigns.

1. Navigate from the home menu to Solutions.
2. Go to Abandonment.
3. Go to SCA Dashboard.
4. Select a predetermined date range from the drop-down menu or enter a custom time frame using the date fields and calendar icons.
5. Select your desired Merchant. This is only necessary if you have multiple domains on your account.
6. Click Update

CART ACTIVITY

The cart activity graph can depict daily revenue for abandoned, recovered, or reachable carts. It can also depict any combination of the three together. Click the color-coded buttons to toggle between or to overlay stats together. Hover over points on the graph to see total abandoned or recovered cart dollars for that day.
Hold the left mouse button and drag over an area on the chart to zoom in closer to those days. A reset zoom option will then become available. 

PERFORMANCE METRICS

In the performance metrics section, you'll find data focused on the types of abandoned carts as described below. 

  • Total Carts: Total number of unique carts that contain items and were created during the specified time frame. 
  • Abandoned Carts: Number of carts that were abandoned before the purchase was completed during the time period.
  • Reachable Carts: Number of abandoned carts associated with an email address.
  • Recovered Carts: Number of carts where the purchase was completed after an email link was clicked during the time period.

REVENUE BREAKDOWN

In the revenue breakdown section, you'll find data focused on the dollar value of opportunities in your Cart Abandonment campaign.

  • Total Recovered Dollars: Dollar amount recovered and converted during the specified time period based on email links clicked.
  • Average Recovered Value: Recovered Value/Carts Recovered as calculated during the specified time period. 
  • Reachable Value: The dollar value contained in all of the carts during the specified time period that are associated with an email address. 
  • Abandoned Value: The dollar value for all abandoned carts during the time period.
  • Unrecovered Value: The dollar value for all abandoned carts that were not recovered during the time period.
  • Largest Unrecovered Value: The largest dollar value of an individual unrecovered cart during the time period.
  • Largest Recovered Value:  The largest dollar value of an individual recovered cart during the time period.

ANONYMOUS VS. REACHABLE

In the anonymous vs. reachable pie chart carts are broken down to show the number of reachable carts as well as the number of anonymous carts. Hover over a portion of the pie chart to see a pop-up box depicting the number and percentage of abandoned or reachable carts during the time period.

  • Anonymous: This number represents abandoned carts that can not be identified with an email address. Typically, this type of cart was abandoned early in the shopping process before an email address was requested from the customer. 
  • Reachable: This number represents abandoned carts that can be identified with an email address. The customer may have entered their address in the shopping process or they may have first clicked through an email.

NEW PURCHASERS VS. REPEAT PURCHASERS

In the new purchasers vs. repeat purchasers pie chart carts are broken down to show the number or new purchasers as well as the number or repeat purchasers. Hover over a portion of the pie chart to see a pop-up box depicting the number and percentage of new purchasers or repeat purchasers during the time period.

  • New Purchasers: This number represents carts that have been abandoned by shoppers who have not previously completed or begun a purchase on the website.
  • Repeat Purchasers: This number represents carts that have been abandoned by shoppers who have previously completed a purchase from the website.

TOP PRODUCTS RECOVERED

In the top products recovered section, the top 10 products found in recovered carts during the time period are listed. This ranking is based on the total conversion value in dollars for the products. This value is listed along with quantity and price. 

  • Product: This contains the product name.
  • QTY: This contains the number of units of a recovered product. 
  • Price: Price of one of this item during the time period. Dollar Value/Quantity=Price
  • Value: Item total only, does not include tax or shipping. # Added X Price=Value

TOP PRODUCTS NOT RECOVERED 

In the top products not recovered 

  • Product: The product name.
  • QTY:  The number of units of a recovered product. 
  • Price: Price of one of this item during the time period. Dollar Value/Quantity = Price.
  • Value: Item total only, does not include tax or shipping. # Added X Price = Value.

TOP CUSTOMER CARTS RECOVERED

In the top customer carts recovered section, the top 10 customer carts recovered during the time period are listed by email address. This ranking is based on the converted value in dollars for the cart.

  •  Email Address: The email address of the cart owner. 
  • # Items in Cart: The total quantity of items in the cart. 

For Example: If a cart contains two watches and one pair of sunglasses, the # Items in Cart column will list 3. 

  • Value: The item total only. This does not include tax or shipping. 

TOP CUSTOMER NOT CARTS RECOVERED

In the top customer not carts recovered section, the top 10 customer carts not recovered during the time period are listed by email address. This ranking is based on the converted value in dollars for the cart.

  •  Email Address: The email address of the cart owner. 
  • # Items in Cart: The total quantity of items in the cart. 
  • Value: The item total only. This does not include tax or shipping. 

Please note you may notice the private.listrak.com email address appear in the Shopping Cart Abandonment Dashboard. You are not able to drill into these email addresses any further. Click here for more information.
