The contact card allows you to see lifetime information for every contact on your list in one convenient place. View the contact card by following the below steps.

  1. Navigate from the home menu to Solutions.
  2. Go to Data Summary.
  3. Click Orders.
  4. Then Click or Search an Email Address.

You can optionally visit the Customers tab of the Data Summary to search for a specific customer.

CONTACT CARD DATA POINTS - 360 DEGREE PROFILE

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Name: First and last name in the customer file.
  • Email Address: Email address set in the customer file.
  • Phone Numbers: Mobile, home, and/or work phone numbers set in the customer file.
  • Preferred Send Time: Predictive analytics based on recent message engagement.
  • Preferred Location: the preferred location set in the customer file.

  • Linked Identities: View a 360 degree for multiple linked identities of your customer. Click and drag the pink dots to view the linked identities. 
  • Combine Activity Across Identities: Toggle between a single contact view and a full-person summary to reflect a summary of all their linked contacts.
  • Contact Information: View the email addresses, lists, and phone number(s) associated with the linked identities. 
  • Address: The address set in the customer file.
  • List Assignments: All of the lists an email contact is currently subscribed to.

PURCHASE METRICS

  • Total Spend: Advanced Retail Segmentation value describing a contact's total purchase revenue.
  • Number of Orders: Advanced Retail Segmentation value describing the total orders associated with a contact.
  • Average Order Value (AOV): Advanced Retail Segmentation value describing the average spend per order. Calculated as Total Spend/Total Orders.
  • Average Reorder Days: Advanced Retail Segmentation value describing the average days between purchases. This is only calculated for customers with at least two orders.

PURCHASE ACTIVITY

  • Projected Purchase Date: Predictive Advanced Retail Segmentation value defining when a contact is likely to make another purchase based on past behavior.
  • First Order Date: Advanced Retail Segmentation value describing the first order placed by a contact.
  • Last Order Date: Advanced Retail Segmentation value describing a contact's most recent purchase. 
  • Recent Items Purchased: Up to two of a contact's most recently purchased items based on order files.

BROWSE ACTIVITY

  • Last Browsed Category: Advanced Browse value describing a contact's most recently browsed category.
  • Last Browsed Brand: Advanced Browse value describing a contact's most recently browsed brand.
  • Last Browsed Subcategory: Advanced Browse value describing a contact's most recently browsed subcategory.

CUSTOMER AFFINITY

  • Brand Affinity: Advanced Browse value describing a contact's most frequently browsed brand.
  • Category Affinity: Advanced Browse value describing a contact's most frequently browsed category.
  • Subcategory Affinity: Advanced Browse value describing a contacts most frequently browsed subcategory.

CHANNEL PREFERENCE

Channel with most recent conversion revenue attributed to it.

  • Purchase Source(s): Advanced Browse value describing recent purchase sources assigned to a contact's orders. Purchase source is set in the orders file. 
  • Email Client: The email client associated with a contact.

SPEND

  • Three Year Spend: Advanced Retail Segmentation data representing a rolling 3-year window of past three years spend.

MESSAGE ENGAGEMENT

  • Last Click: The most recent click for a contact across all lists.
  • Last Open: The most recent open for a contact across all lists.
  • Last Read: The most recent read for a contact across all lists.
  • Subscription Date: The earliest subscribe date for a contact across all lists.

RECENT ACTIVITY

  • Recent Activity: Activity from the Past 30 Days.
  • Order Activity: A summary of recent orders.
  • Order Number, Date, and Order Total: Order number, date, and order total are set in the order file.
  • Order Channel: The conversion channel given attribution for generating the order.
  • Purchase Source: Purchase Source is set in the order file. 
  • Campaign Type: Conversion Analytics campaign type associated with the campaign that generated the conversion.
  • Product Brand, Category, Color, Size, Style: These attributes are pulled in from the Product File based on the SKU purchased.
  • Product Price, Discounted Price, Item Shipping, Quantity, Item Subtotals: These attributes are all set in the order items file.
  • Items Total, Coupon Applied, Order Shipping, Shipping, Handling and Discount Total: These attributes are all set in the orders file.

CART ACTIVITY
An overview of recent cart abandon activity. Product Title, Product Brand, Category, Color, Size and Style attributes are pulled in from the product file based on the SKU abandoned.

BROWSE ACTIVITY
An overview of recent product browse activity. Product Title, Product Brand, Category, Color, Size and Style attributes are pulled in from the product file based on the SKU browsed.

MESSAGE ACTIVITY
An overview of emails sent, clicked or opened. 

  • Subject Line and Campaign Type: The subject line and conversion analytics campaign type associated with the campaign.
  • Message Details Thumbnail: The generic thumbnail generated for this message ID. This does not reflect dynamic content, cart, or browse information that may have been sent to a specific contact. 
  • Message Details Channel: The channel in which the campaign was created.
  • Message Details Campaign: Message campaign.

CONTACT CARD - SEGMENTATION DATA

Segmentation data for the current list that's selected. The list will show on the segmentation data tab. If a contact is not currently subscribed to the current list, no data will be displayed. Change the list to view segmentation data for additional lists.

Only fields with data will be shown by default. Optionally toggle to see empty fields not currently populated for the contact.
